Carla began yoga over 20 years ago. Certified as a yoga instructor in 2007, she now is a registered instructor as an E-RYT 500 at the highest level recognized by Yoga Alliance.  After founding Vernon Yoga studio in 2010, she has now shifted to an online platform. This has allowed her to teach students from all over the world.

IS THIS COURSE YOGA ALLIANCE APPROVED?
Yes, Vernon Yoga is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance.
WHAT PREREQUISITES ARE NEEDED FOR THIS COURSE?
Technically, none. However, having a little bit of yoga experience is recommended. If you have your heart set on becoming a yoga teacher right away, just mention that in the space provided when you register that you are a beginner, and you will be given some extra help to guide you through the course.
ARE THERE TEXTBOOKS TO PURCHASE FOR THE COURSE?
Yes. The textbook list is available on the "Shop" page of this website.
WHAT IF I HAVE TO MISS A CLASS?
All classes in this course are on Zoom and will be recorded and the link emailed in case you missed, or simply want to re-watch the class.
IS THERE A FINAL EXAM?
There is no exam for the Advanced Teacher Training.
WILL I RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE?
Yes. Your certificate is Yoga Alliance recognized world wide.
WILL I BE AUTHORIZED TO TEACH ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD?
Yes. A Vernon Yoga Teacher Training Certificate is recognized internationally.
