About Trainer - Carla Chernencoff: Carla began yoga over 20 years ago. Certified as a yoga instructor in 2007, she now is a registered instructor as an E-RYT 500, the highest level recognized by Yoga Alliance International. After founding Vernon Yoga studio in 2010, she has now shifted to an online platform. This has allowed her to teach students from all over the world.
