In 2010, Carla Chernencoff founded Vernon Yoga Studio offering 30 classes per week, and proudly hosted dozens of beautiful teachers over the years.  Vernon Yoga quickly generated a reputation for safety and precision alignment and was even selected by Interior Health to provide classes to people in the community with co-morbid diseases in a government-funded, doctor-recommended program. When Covid-19 arrived, Vernon Yoga closed its physical location. Commitment to providing excellent training remains through online platforms.
